The dimly lit forest of paintings I've created over the past few years. Dried leaves, tarnished stars and the characters who seek them out.
“The Painters” 18”x24” oil on gessoed watercolor paper. This is the 3rd companion piece to “The Astronomer” in an ongoing series. I’m brewing ideas for others: a clockmaker and luminary.. I was hoping to sell them as a set, but The Astronomer has been sold, leaving The Seamstress and The Painters to fend for themselves…
